By accessing or using Eriko's website, apps, or services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.
Eriko provides done-for-you bookkeeping services using automation and human review. This includes transaction categorization, monthly close, reconciliation, and reporting within your connected accounting software. Eriko is not a CPA firm and does not provide tax filing services. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your books are correct. Nothing is posted to your accounting software unless reviewed and approved.

We may suspend accounts that appear compromised or used abusively.
If you connect third-party services, you authorize Eriko to access and process data from those services as permitted by your chosen scopes/permissions. You can revoke access at any time from the third-party service or by contacting us.
You retain ownership of content you upload or connect ("Customer Content"). You grant Eriko a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service. You represent you have the rights to provide Customer Content and to grant these permissions.
The Service uses automated systems and third-party AI to categorize transactions, generate drafts, and produce summaries. Outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. All AI-generated work is reviewed by a human team before being finalized. You are responsible for reviewing the completed close before relying on it for tax, legal, or financial decisions.
Every monthly close is reviewed by a trained reviewer, supervised by US-licensed CPAs, before it is written back to your accounting software. Human review does not guarantee tax outcomes or regulatory compliance. It is quality assurance on bookkeeping output, not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your jurisdiction.
Eriko offers tiered pricing based on monthly transaction volume. Your tier is determined by your actual transaction data.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Your first month is free. You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the billing period. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Refunds are handled according to the policies displayed at checkout or in the Service.
You may not:
Koivu Ventures Pte. Ltd. owns the Service, including software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you rights except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, your usage is abusive, required by law, or for non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data export options may be available depending on your plan and applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koivu Ventures disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular accounting or tax position.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Koivu Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or SGD $100, if you are on a free plan).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koivu Ventures from claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of connected services, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
